Courtney was very friendly . Took time to text me and let me know what was going on. I drive 3 hours for service. They are great there. Don't go to the one in Jackson because they are so arrogant and rude
Late getting started. Poor communication about length of service. I had to ask via text after 1.5 hrs when it was supposed to take 30 min. No one told my son who was in the lobby waiting on the car. So he waited an extra 30 minutes until I saw the text.
This service went quick, told an hour was less than that. Also received a multi point check, never seen this before but appreciate this. Was there for a recall on the emission something.

Jeremy Johnson was such a big help! I was looking for an suv more like a telluride but didnt work out and I was fine with it. Instead he got me into a new sportage and I love my car. He was patient and very supportive. He treated me and my baby girl really nice. Thank you again to Mr. Johnson for my suv. I highly recommend him!

I took my Seltos there for an oil change and tire rotation. It was suggested that I replace my windshield wipers. I had that done with the other services and was out of there in 45 minutes.

There were recalls to be completed and general maintenance service. The customer service and knowledge of the vehicle were excellent. Definitely worth the drive from Huntsville to Tuscaloosa to purchase a vehicle or have maintenance service.

He was also very up front about the financing process, which we really appreciated. He even helped set up my Kia Connect and Apple car play before I left the lot. Overall, he went above and beyond to make the experience go smoothly!

Had the car for weeks. Dealing with Cortney was difficult. Couldn't get straight answers out of him. Couldn't get proper timeline from him. Was misled in pricing and presented with a bill for almost $600 that wasn't even close to what it should have been.

Quick, professional Very helpful staff. The waiting room was quiet. I got my car back quickly. It was only a multi inspection. I did not have to wait unnecessary.
I was guesstimated a 2 hour waiting experience. It ended up being over 5 hours. I wish they would have communicated any problems they were having. (I am not one to go ask, although I finally did and it was done.)
